Sylwia Banasik

actress, singer, Nina’s friend

Born in 1994 in Warsaw. A student of Jazz Vocalism at the Faculty of Jazz and Popular Music, and of Musical at the Faculty of Vocalism and Acting of the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk.

She made her debut at the Rampa Theatre in the musical shows Przygody Sary [Sara’s Adventures], Obcy [Stranger], Świat Bastiana [Bastian’s World], Zaczarowani [Enchanted]. She played Wednesday in The Addams Family at the Musical Theatre in Gliwice, and Peron’s Lover in Evita at the Musical Theatre in Poznań. She sang Bella’s (the main heroine) vocal parts in the Polish version of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. She played Mary Vetsera in the musical concert Mayerling Incident. She is the soloist of Studio Accantus. She sang solo parts of the symphonic concert Kantata Przemienienia [Cantata of the Transfiguration] from the album of the same name, and on two albums of Polish Carols.

She is a laureate of many music competitions (including the first place in the “Let’s Remember Osiecka” competition in Sopot, and received distinction at the final gala ceremony in Warsaw; first place in the ArtBem musical competition, FAMA Festival).
