Ewa Lachowicz

Graduate of the Danuta Baduszkowa Vocal and Acting School at the Musical Theatre in Gdynia and the Stage Song Vocal School in Głogów. As a pupil of the State Ballet School, she made her debut in the shows Carmina Burana and The Nutcracker (The Grand Theatre in Poznań). Her diploma role was Hunyak the Hungarian in Chicago at the Musical Theatre in Gdynia, where she has also performed in musicals such as Jesus Christ Superstar, Hair and Evita. She played Hermia, one of the leading roles in the show A Midsummer Night’s Dream (trans-opera). In Basel, she performed in English versions of Hair and Jesus Christ Superstar and, in Germany, in the musical Evita. As Peggy Sawyer, she worked with—among others— Grażyna Brodzińska on the musical 42nd Street (Musical Theatre in Gliwice, 2005). In 2011, she played the main role in the show A Little Princess. She performed with Demis Roussos during his tour in Poland. In 2014, she played in the musical Rent at the Rampa Theatre in Warsaw. In 2016, she was a finalist of the Song Festival “Let’s Remember Osiecka.”
